Delivery and Payment Terms

Delivery outside Lviv is subject to an additional charge per kilometer.
Furniture assembly, installation, lifting to upper floors, and technician visits are available for an additional fee.

Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order.
If you need the furniture delivered to a different address, please inform the manager in advance.

In case of order cancellation more than 3 days after confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Nationwide Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out via courier service.

• The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the product.
• The exact cost will be provided by the manager after your order is placed and the destination city is specified.
• We offer discounted delivery rates thanks to our company’s special courier agreements.

Payment for Courier Delivery

• Payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
• A 3% service fee applies for money transfers to our company’s account.
• You can clarify with the manager at the time of ordering whether it’s possible to pay the remaining balance in cash to the driver upon delivery.

Production Time

The manufacturing time depends on current production workload.
You can always check the estimated completion date with our managers.
